Problem with the CP

I have just installed vB on my computer, everything works ok but the cp

When I try to enter to it appears two errors

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '}' in c:\apache\j4w3r\admin\adminfunctions.php on line 296

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at c:\apache\j4w3r\admin\adminfunctions.php:296) in c:\apache\j4w3r\admin\functions.php on line 1573

And when I try to log in as administrator I can't, instead appears:

I have no idea of what can I do now, I tried to re-install and I had the same problem.
