change the number of smilies per page

instead of having all X number of smilies show up on your smilie page (such as mine, I have over 400 of em): http://www.libragrrl.com/forums/misc...on=showsmilies

can there be a way to narrow it down to a # of pages that show so dialup users can see em all too? Like Smilies Page 1, 2, 3 etc?
