I'm interested in someone doing the following :

A Modified trouble ticket system in a sense.

I need to be able to submit N number of types of tickets but 3 at the moment. (Need a system to enable easy adding of more ticket types).

Once a ticket is submitted I need to it to send a Private Message to multiple users. A comma delimted list of user id's at the top of the file will be fine. What would be even better would be able to have a graphical way to set this up.

I also need this to post the contents of this trouble ticket to a forum (forum id will be at the top of the script and will depend on the trouble ticket type). i.e. Architectural Review - $ar_forum=3, etc.

Once submitted I would like the user to be able to go to the same link (lets call it - "Submit a Request") and view their "Open" requests.

Also, need some kind of management console of sorts where anyone that is a member of certain usergroup(s) can view all tickets and add comments such as changing the status from : new, in process, awaiting vote, denied, approved, closed, etc. There should also be a comments field so that the user can see why something was denied if it was denied.

Flow of Screens :

User comes in and it has 4 choices (at the moment)
-Submit an Architectural Review
-Submit a Maintenance Request
-Submit a Landscaping Request
-View All Your Requests
