HELP! - my buttons and logo won't center! tried everything!

Hello,

Well, had to redo ma forums, bad hack, didn't have properly backed up

ANYWAYS... iam trying to center my log and buttons agaon, and i am using the same code as before, but it is not centering them

I have cleared my Temp Inet files, access the site from 2 other computers

i would give a link, but it is on a internal network
