img tag restriction??

Hey, Everybody,

This isn't so much a request as a "Oh, boy, where did it go?" I noticed there was a hack released recently that prohibited the use of the img tag for any user beneath a certain number of posts. I was trying to find this code so that I could modify it for my purposes (make it so that only moderators and a specific user group could use images).

Has anyone seen this hack? I've tried searching, to no avail.
