How Do I Covert From 6.1.0.3 > vB 2.2.2

I have downloaded the script from the members area but I have some questions before i covert.

1.) How do I exactly covert? Do both the vB and the ubb have to be in the same directory? Or how does that all exactlly work?

2.) Once i do covert will my ubb be deleted? Or will I just get all my members and posts moved over to vB and the UBB will still be there?

3.) That's all I really need to know so if someone would be kind enough to answer these questions i'd be very greatful, thanks!
