Ok the title doesn't help much I realize...However, this is what I mean. Under the user's name and above the post count there are stars. And for each amount of posts you get, you get a certain star. Mods get 5 stars and Admins get 6 stars. Lemme explain further:
There are silver and gold stars. You start off with 1 silver star up until 20 posts, then you have 2 silver stars from posts 20-50, 3 silver stars from posts 50-75 and 4 silver stars from posts 75-100.
At 100 posts you get 1 gold star. You get a second gold star at 500 posts, a third gold star at 800 posts and a fourth and final gold star at 1000. Admins automatically get 6 gold stars and mods automatically get 5 gold stars.
