We all hate to see more guests browsing the boards than registered members! Can someone out there come up with a hack where after so many thread clicks (maybe saved to a cookie), either a popup would show, or a 'register' page shows up that says "Hey, want to read more posts, please register for free". And if they don't register then, do it again at a second setting like 50 views. Or if they come back to the site 3 or 4 times, bring them to the 'register' page.
I don't know if someone has made something like this. I think more people would register and maybe become a part of the forum instead of a lookey-loo. I got the idea last night from a classifieds site. After I viewed about 10 classifieds, it asked me to 'register for free'.
Any ideas?
