2 Questions - Welcome Box & FAQ

Hi -

1.) How do I edit the Welcome box on the front page of the 3.8.3 version? I want to go in and change the wording/customize it. Is there a specific folder?


2.) Can I edit (what folder?) the FAQ section AND how can I make the FAQ link disappear on the upper left, front page? I actually don't need it.

I appreciate any info you can help with.

I found where I can edit the front page "Welcome" text and the box of "If this is your first visit..."

Look in the Administrator Panel for Search Phrases and type what you are looking for.

I still need help with editing/disabling the FAQ in the upper left corner.

I found the FAQ manager in the Administrator Panel... that only makes too much sense.

Is there a way to make all FAQ titled options to disappear? If I "delete" them will it erase forever?

I think I may go in and see if I can use anything and delete the rest.

When I find answers to my own questions I tend to bring the answers back here so anyone else can use them too.

So I deleted the pre-scripted FAQ's and kept the FAQ main link and created a FAQ within that I can customize. This should be fine.
