How to cClear my forum from spam??

My forum has been infested by spam. How do I do a mass purge?
I am also considering deleting all the posts and start from scratch.

Anyone have an idea on how to do this?

Any guides would be helpful.

I would also like to send a mass email and those who reply will stay and those who don't will be spam?
