Migrate "Thanks" from Post Thank You Hack to vBulletin 5 like system?

Anyone knows if its possible to migrate "Thanks" from the "Post Thank You Hack" for vBulletin 4 to the vBulletin 5 like system? This is the old hack

We are going to upgrade to vBulletin 5 soon and it would be nice to also import the old "Thanks" of posts to the new vBulletin 5 "like" feature.

Anyone done this and how did you do it?
