What is the rule for the hacks added to vB.org? Are just the hacks that you guys find interesting and usefull added? Are the hacks added here ones planned for possible usage in future releases of vB?

Why I ask is I was wondering if you could use my vbcode.js improvement here(see link below). I do believe it is good enough to run here and running it here might give the dev guys the idea to use it for a future release of vB. What do ya think?
