Forum Not Displayed In 'New Posts'

I have a hidden forum for moderators/admin. This forum's threads do not display in the 'New Posts' page.

Is there a setting for this somewhere? How can I get the threads to show up in the 'New Posts' page for the appropriate users (mods/admin)?
