Migrated Servers, Forum Will Not Load, Config.php Issue?

Hello all, I migrated servers on my GoDaddy account and now my website will no longer work. My config.php file, I strongly believe, is the culprit. At this point, the original hosting root was "/" which is where i had my forums folder located. Now, there is a public_html folder, then another folder, then forums. So that would be the forum path issue, but when I go to the website itself, without the /forums, it just says 'oops, page not found.' Is there another file, like an htaccess file that I need to adjust or change information?

My biggest concern when migrating servers within GoDaddy is that this would NOT happen, as I know it may become a very big issue. I appreciate any help in advance, this is truly frustrating.
