How to move the top x stats within DBTech InfoPanels

I'm currently running a vBulletin 4.2.2 Patch Level 4 and have installed DBTech InfoPanels and have it currently running a top 15 stats. My current issue that has been wracking my brain is how to move it from below the welcome area to just above the footer on the same page. I've been trying to figure this out for about a week now and have search multiple sites (including this one) to try to figure this out. Any help is greatly appreciated.
