Having an error that I can't resolve in my header

Hey,

I don't know what is causing this but it is obviously something in the code.

You can see it in my header at http://www.deuceace.com/new/upload/

There are 2 issues but I know both are linked, there is an image from the menu that is lower than it should be and when you hover over the main menu items you will get a sub-menu - That is also lower than it should be beside the image.

I think it is something simple but I just cant find it.
