Custom Money count/store add-on [Willing to pay]

Is there a plugin I can add than can add a "Money" count to each user? So the more the user posts, the more "money" they get, then they can spend that money in a custom store that I add items to it, and then those items's appear in their profile

I want to call the money "Jewels" in this case

I am going to be using it on VBulletin 3.8.8

If it does not exist, I am WILLING TO PAY
