Rebuild Languages??

Hello, I downloaded various different languages to test out (Spanish, Greek, French, Swedish, Romanian, Nederlands and Italian) and I'm running into a little issue cause even though I deleted Spanish it's still showing on my board in the AdminCP for a few things ('Panel de Administraci?n, Anuncios, Tareas Programadas, Tareas Programadas'; and on Main Forum it shows 'Mostrar Temas which according to Google Translate means 'Show Topics' and the other one that's in THIS ONE is in Italian 'Segnalibri' which again according to Google Translate means 'Bookmarks'!!). So I'd deleted Spanish and Italian as there were various different ones that were showing but these guys are still there even though I've Deleted the Language Packs, so is there any way to Rebuild Languages or something like that?? I like tacos and lasagna, and in fact I wish I had some now, but I'd just like to get it back to normal.

P.S. I'm running 4.2.0
