Filter blog entries by category, but not by user

Hi,

with blog.php?userid=49821&blogcategoryid=29 I can display all blog entries of user 49821 in the category 29. But there seems no way to get all blog entries of any user in category 29, as blog.php?blogcategoryid=29 doesn't work.

Is there any other URL that I could use instead? Does anybody know an add-on that makes such filters possible?
