Need a skin design / upgrade - Will Pay!

I just recently upgraded my site from 3.8 to 4.2 and I am in need of someone who can either take the custom 3.8 skin we were using and port it up to 4.2 or provide perhaps an even better 4.2 alternative skin incorporating some of our site graphics/design. I should have screen captured what our site looked like before the upgrade, the old skin is there, just not available to see at the moment. Anyway, looking to hire someone or buy an existing skin that you will modify for us, etc.

BTW I just spent some time looking through the graphics section here and it was disheartening to find the vast majority of skins/styles for vb4 to have been posted by people who no longer support them or sites that no longer exist. Hopefully someone sees this post and is still in the business of making vb4 skins.
