Mobile API for Showing All posts and creating a new post

Hello,

I am integrating my App with vBulletin 4.2.
Can any one please suggest me from where can i get these APIs. I want to know which API method is needed for showing all the Posts and which API method is needed for creating a new Post.
I want to know the definition of these API methods i.e what are the parameters these API methods take.
I have searched a lot for this but i didn't find anything.
I found the following two links but they didn't help.
