Quick help on a globe idea

Hi guys,

I am thinking of making a new page on my site, whereby users will see a world/globe. Does anyone know of some sort of interactive globe whereby, if you click England a new page will open to information about stuff within england. If China is hit then all the information about China will appear.

Anyone have anything like this.. mods? Any ideas how this could be done?
