Insert HTML/jQuery Slider at top of Forum/CMS?

Hi,

I would like to add a slider at the top of my forum and CMS.

I want to add something like Wow Slider: http://wowslider.com/
or nivo slider: http://dev7studios.com/nivo-slider/

How do I do this?
Please explain in detail and easy language please as my programming knowledge is not great!
