Nav Bar links as Forums

Hello i wonder if anyone can help me, I'm a total newbie with Vbulletin, and i am trying to create some tabs for across the top, not particularly like these at www.vwt4forum.co.uk
but need the same functionality, ie going to different forum sections, and only displaying that forum section at a time, is this easy enough to do in the standard top bar of vbulletin (navigation manager)

i've looked at different mods but i think just calling the individual board on its own would be the easiest method.
