Need credible, qualified, VB4 developer

Hey folks,
we are looking for a qualified reputable VB4 developer/coder.
We need mods, skin, theme, we also need some custom mods, pay per thread, private forum membership, polls options, video options, etc

We have already had a deposit walk away resulting in two week delay, we need help, qualified, quick help.

I am sorry to post this here, we have tried to post on the hire sub-forum with little luck, many shady trees lurking.
We just want to do straight biz with a VB wiz.

Anyone?
