Anyone Providing Custom Modifications?

I didn't have much trouble with the previous version of Vbulletin, but I'm really struggling with Vbulletin 5 (is this really supposed to be more user friendly?). Are there any developers out there yet who will do small modifications for a decent price? I'm not talking about a complete new design, but small things, such as copying over my Wordpress text header (google font), moving the search bar down to the nav bar, properly aligning the header advertisements, and linking in my latest wordpress blog as a php mod next to the forum. I thought I would be able to handle these types of things but I'm just not having any luck at all with this new version.
