Template issue, some title bars in default style

Hello, in this vbulletin http://goteen.net/ you can see forum names have blue header, but on the top of the site there are TOP statistics and they have green bar. This is a plugin. Please where can i find the place to edit and where can i find the code of the correct blue headers? so i can copy it and replace?

im really lost. have you an idea?
