problem "translating forums"

Hello!!
i want to translate all of the forum..but i have a problem that i could not know how to translate the forum bars!!
example:
http://take.ms/cx4Dg
i need to change it to Arabic!!
where can i find the place to change!!!
i tried to find using search phrases method but it doesn't work.
