vB Paid Subscriptions or Third Party mod?

I plan to soon start making paid subscriptions available on one of my forums and wanted to ask your opinions about whether it's better to use vBulletin's built-in paid subscription system or if there is a third-party mod that is preferable.

So far I've found the following third-party membership scripts with vB integration:
aMember - http://www.amember.com/p/
Digital Access Pass - http://digitalaccesspass.com/
WishList Member - http://member.wishlistproducts.com

Any others to consider using?

Are there compelling reasons to NOT use vB's built-in paid subscriptions system?
