Private Profiles

I'm looking for a way to make all users profiles private, the user can edit own profile, but cannot see anyone's elses profiles. When I click the button for cannot view others profile. The User is not allowed to see his own profile.

Also is there a way to limit the amount of post a person can do in the forum to 5, unless they get a subscribe to a membership, and make that completely private to where no one can see it but the user himself
