CMS - How to change forum associated with comments

I know where to change it, but its there any way to be able to select it everytime you post an article/news (in the article creation page)

If i post an article/news about a certain type of car, i want the news to be in that car brand forum, not in the "general" forum.

Is there any mod for this?
