Help with a DB

Hello,

I have a DB that is almost 1gb in size, it contains mostly pictures from the User Albums, i allowed any size of picture to be uploaded and a lot of users uploaded pictures of up to 10 mb in size. The Db got soo big that it was causing problems with the performance of the site and i had to removed them. I was wondering if there is any way to acces all those file and resize all the images and upload them again into my forum.
