missing navbar tabs

Ive added a few mods to my forums www.nifgaming.eu and for some reason the links aren't showing in the navbar, ive added manual tabs still wont add.

Ive looked in navbar manager and they are showing up all fine but just wont show in the navbar.

I was just wandering if anyone has come across this before?

My version is Version 4.2.0
