Change Font Size BBCode to pixels

Hello, vBulletin 4 has font sizes that are relatives to the size of the body, then the BBCode:

[size=7]Text[/size]

stands for a font that is seven times larger than the normal one.

But, I used to be on a forum (a vBulletin 3.6 if I'm not wrong) where, by the BBCode, a user could select the size of the text in pixels, then:

[size=35]Text[/size]

Means, the text within the BBCode was 35px large.

Is there a way to do this (or maybe a mod) in vBulletin 4.2.
