What is the best album and galleries solution to my case?

Hi

I have to launch a news site, where we post articles in vBCMS, and of curse our articles contains pictures for our news, we want to add these pictures to albums, and grab them (with condition) in widget as (news in pictures) or something like this.

So we have set of solutions to do this,
1- Using the built-in albums comes with vBulletin + Scandal's Gallery product. (the problem here is no usergroups permission to add albums to the news category, and I'm not sure about the ability of the system to deal with huge amount of pictures).
2- using PhotoPost, but really I read some bad reviews about it (actually I don't try it).
3- Using PhotoPlog (I don't have a lot details about it).
4- Using DragonByte Gallery (It is unknown for me too).

So what do you suggest me to use? and if there a better solution tell me about it pleas .
