Registration, additional usergroups HELP !

I would like to have something to optimise registration on my site.



there are 3 additional usergroups :
Group A : For Members who speak language A
Group B : For Members who speak language B
Group C : For Members who speak language C

and there is a Custom Profile Field (Multiple-Selection Menu ) : I can speak and understand
language A
language B
language C

Field Required at registration.

i need when a user select Language A then he became user of Register users & Group A or Select B and c then he is in Register users and in Group B & C :erm:

is there a mod or plugin or code for this ...
