Url link when i click on last post

If i clicking on last post thread the url link look like this:

http://ymarket.org/showthread.php?61...=2178#post2178

and when I click on the thread not from last post the url link look like this:

http://ymarket.org/showthread.php?610-Theme

How can I remove this : &p=2178#post2178 from the last post links?
