Is there a "today's posts" search feature?

I would like to add a tab like the "What's New" tab. Only it would be "Today's Posts" and would pull up all the threads that have been posted in during the last 24 hours and not read.

I will be putting up a Navtabs mod for the tab but I was wondering if there is a mod for this type of refined search. Any help??
