Trouble with COnfig file

So i just downloaded the vbulletin 3.6.8 patch level 2, that I have a license for, however i am having trouble connecting to the database. And there are lines running across that say,

Deprecated: Function set_magic_quotes_runtime() is deprecated in /home/twisted/public_html/Forum/includes/class_core.php on line 1530

When running the install file, can anyone help me with this?
