How do I close the Home page and move the New Posts button

Hi,

Just wondering how do I close the Home Page so that when 'forum' is clicked on my website it goes straight to the forum, we would like the Home Page closed off??

Also, How do I move the New Posts button over to the right so it is easier for members to see? Or maybe just make it a different colour so it stands out?
