Probably asked before, chat in forum sidebar/block?

I'm looking for a chat option, like the shoutbox option, that will fit nicely into a forum block on my sidebar. Is there anything out there that might work for me? I've searched the forums, but can't seem to find anything that takes the shoutbox solution and moves it into a block.

Any ideas?
