Looking for a modification

Hi there

i've been looking arround for a while now and didn't find any answers to my question.
So what i'm looking for is pretty simply:

If a user clicks on an external link inside my forum, he should be redirected to a "warning page", where he must confirm first before he actually get's redirected to the external link.

Aren't there any existing plugins wich cover my needs?
