Need help editing colors of forum

first of all heres the link to my forum where i need help

i need help shifting the searchbar thats in the navbar down to lay on the actual navbar instead of float and if i could i would like to add a border too it
i also need help changing the white main textbox color
i also want to change the color and highlight color of the post reply box
