Import of topics

I have a problem I can not solve. I recently did an installation of phpbb3 to vbulletinsuite everything is perfect the only thing that went wrong is the import of all messages that are written only last a few if you have passed. I was told that this is due to the identification of issues ID so when I run every maintenance and meter box does nothing and does not help. What should I do in this case?
I hope someone can help me I'm so for some days without solution
