Need Help Installing A Mod

okay so i am new at this so please dont make fun. im not sure how to install this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=165673

This mod is the Post Thank You Hack.

In the directions it says i need to 'upload via ftp' folder. i have that but i have no idea where i upload it too. any help?
