Minimum characters per post - only for specific users !!!

Hi there,

As the title suggests, I am interested to know if anyone know of a way how to get the Minimum Characters Per Post setting to be applied differently to specific users.

If my global setting is 20 characters as a minimum for every user, is there a way to make this setting to be minimum 200 characters for specific users.

I hope someone figured that out and can share.
