CMS preview picture (choose not the first picture in thread)

Maybe i'm just blind, but can someone tell me how i can choose which picture i want as the preview in a cms article?

Let's say i have:

text
--pictureA--
text
more text
--pictureB--
even more text

How can i tell the article that pictureB is my preview picture? Or is this another basic function the cms doesn't has?
