Is there a facebook login addon that doesn't add loading time to the page?

Basically I am looking for a method to give my users a facebook login function, without:
- extra page loading time.
- facebook cookies.
- facebook registering what pages my members visit.

I dont mind if my users have to click twice.

Is that available?
