Facebook Connect + Forum Navigation in Less Than Four Clicks?

Hi all -

Not being able to do this myself I was wondering if there's anyone who could help me put this together:

Scenario:

1. Visitor reads publication - blog or article - on my site.
2. At the bottom of the publication a link to a discussion forum is embedded that, when clicked, routes the visitor to that forum. The link is presented as an image that's located on my server.
3. Before arriving at that forum through that click, the visitor passes the Facebook OptIn screen.
4. If the visitor 'agrees' with sharing her/his facebook details with us, the visitor clicks 'Allow' - after which the visitor is routed to the forum - but now as a Registered Member.
5. If the visitor 'denies' the sharing of her/his facebook details with us, (s)he is routed to an alternative page that informs that the forum page (s)he wanted to view is for Regstered Members only.
6. The code block that 'does' all this can be copied-pasted at the end of each vBulletin Blog or Article.

I purchased a similar script recently that uses the Facebook OptIn method to have people subscribe to a newsletter, which is working exceptionally well for us. But our ultimate objective is to convert Visitors into Registered Members. If one Facebook OptIn link can do both - receive a visitor's Facebook Details AND routing to the correct forum - that would be completely wonderful.

Obviously, the URL of the forum to which the image to which the OptIn link is attached must be changed accordingly to route visitors to the correct page. Once the code needed is known, adding or changing that URL would be childs-play I imagine.

The purpose of all this is to appeal to the 'impulsivity' of readers who want to contribute to forum discussions right away. Rather than making it a multi-step process, this code would reduce the number of clicks to register and navigate to the [appropriate] forum to less than four.
