Mod to limit profile website field?

Hello,

As one way to deter spam registrations on my forum, I would like to limit the addition or display of the "home page" link in a profile (and possibly also adding links in signature). I know mods for this exist for phpBB. Is there a vBulletin 4.x equivalent?
